WHAT THE JOB IS: Creating and Cultivating Real Estate sales with South King County and Pierce County home buyers.
WHAT YOU NEED: An active Real Estate license, a reliable and clean car and great personal skills.
WHAT YOU GET: Professional 1 on 1 coaching, personal Real Estate sales training/mentoring and amazing education. If needed, we hand hold you through your first few transactions and teach you how Real Estate sales work. Almost all Real Estate expenses paid for such as transaction coordination, advertising, desk fees, faxes, postage, signs, database program, electronic signiture, closing gifts, etc. The office is centrally located in Federal Way, WA. Professional appearance is a must. Team approach allows you in focus on working with buyers and increase your production and income! Other team agents closing 2-4 transactions per month.
Must spend 2-3 hours each day helping to generate new business on phone or in person.
