Job: Buyer Agent – Showing Asisstant

Have a WA state real estate license? 

Top Real Estate Team in South Puget Sound based real estate team, Homes on the Sound, with Keller Williams Realty – Puget Sound, is looking to hire a buyer showing assistant to help home buyers identify and see homes and condos that meet their criteria. As the buyers choose the home they want to submit offer on, the lead agent will continue from there.

Person should be:

• Highly sociable, drawing energy from working with people
• Optimistic and outgoing – Helpful and Serving
• Organized and Professional
• Have a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
• Have a compelling desire to support lead agent in achieving team success while being committed to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.
•  You should be able to preview and show homes to around 5-15 buyers a month while earning bonuses based on 25% of each closed buyer deal.
